Overview of voice and SMS conversations in LeadSail.

Conversations

The Conversations page provides a unified inbox for all voice call and SMS interactions with leads. It uses a three-panel layout: conversation list, message view, and contact details.

Layout

Conversation List (Left Panel)

Shows all leads with recent interactions, sorted by most recent activity. Each entry displays:

  • Lead name and phone number
  • Interaction type icon (phone or message)
  • Direction indicator (inbound/outbound)
  • Last message preview or call status
  • Relative timestamp
  • Lead status badge

Conversation View (Center Panel)

Select a lead to view the full interaction timeline showing all calls and SMS messages in chronological order:

  • Voice calls — Status badge, duration, direction, recording link, and full transcript
  • SMS messages — Individual messages with sender (agent/lead), timestamp, and source indicator

At the bottom, a compose area lets you send SMS messages directly:

  • Select a From number (campaign-assigned or agent phone)
  • Toggle Agent Mode to enable AI responses to lead replies
  • Set the interaction Status (completed, follow-up, qualified, etc.)
  • Type and send messages

Contact Panel (Right Panel)

Shows the selected lead's contact information, campaign assignment, and submission metrics (total submissions, delivered count, acceptance rate).

Filtering

The filter toolbar supports:

  • Campaign — Filter by one or more campaigns
  • Client — Filter by client
  • Offer — Filter by offer
  • Status — Filter by interaction status
  • Date Range — Preset ranges (today, last 7/14/30/90 days) or custom date picker
  • Search — Search by lead name, phone number, or ID

Interaction Types

Conversations aggregate two types of interactions:

  • Voice Calls — AI-powered or manually triggered phone calls with recordings and transcripts
  • SMS Messaging — Text message threads with manual and AI-agent responses
