Track per-status payouts and revenue with milestone configuration.
Revenue Milestones
Revenue milestones define how much revenue is credited when a lead reaches a specific status. This lets you track per-lead revenue across campaigns.
How It Works
Each milestone specifies:
- Paid On — The lead status that triggers the revenue credit (
deliveredoraccepted) - Amount — Dollar amount per lead
- Currency — Defaults to USD
- Valid From — When this rate takes effect
- Valid To — When this rate expires (leave empty for ongoing)
- Notes — Optional context for the rate (e.g., "Q1 2024 rate increase")
Configuration
Navigate to the Revenue tab on a campaign.
- Click Add Milestone to create a new rate
- Multiple milestones can coexist — for example, $50 on delivery and an additional $25 on client acceptance
- Toggle the Ongoing checkbox to set an open-ended rate, or specify an end date for time-limited rates
Example
A campaign pays $75 per delivered lead:
