Configure daily and lifetime caps, delivery schedules, and throttling.
Delivery Settings
Delivery settings control when and how many leads can be delivered to a campaign. These are configured in the Delivery tab under the Settings section.
Delivery Limits
Limits cap the number of leads delivered to a campaign within a time period.
Daily Cap
- Cap — Maximum leads per day
- Action — What happens when the cap is hit:
- Queue — Hold leads until the next day
- Next Priority — Try fallback campaigns
- Specific Campaign — Route to a designated campaign
Daily limits reset at midnight in the campaign's configured timezone.
Lifetime Cap
- Cap — Maximum total leads in a date range
- Start Date / End Date — The window for the lifetime cap
- Action — Same options as daily cap (queue, next priority, specific campaign)
Delivery Schedule
The delivery schedule controls which days and times leads can be delivered.
Configuration
- Timezone — All schedule times use this timezone (e.g., America/Los_Angeles)
- Off-Hours Action — What happens outside the schedule:
- None — Always deliver (schedule ignored)
- Queue — Hold leads until the next available window
- Next Priority — Try fallback campaigns
- Specific Campaign — Route to a designated campaign
Day Schedules
Each day of the week can be independently configured:
- Active — Toggle whether leads can be delivered on this day
- Start Time — Earliest delivery time (e.g., 09:00)
- End Time — Latest delivery time (e.g., 17:00)
Inactive days block all delivery. Leads submitted outside the schedule follow the off-hours action.
Constraint Evaluation Order
When a lead is ready for delivery, constraints are checked in this order:
- Lifetime limits — Most restrictive, checked first
- Daily limits
- Delivery schedule
If any constraint blocks delivery, the configured action is taken (queue, fallback, or specific campaign). If all pass, the lead is delivered immediately.
