LeadSail is a comprehensive lead management platform that handles the entire lifecycle of a lead — from submission and qualification through delivery and follow-up.

Core Workflow

  1. Leads are submitted via API, CSV import, or manual entry
  2. Campaigns route leads to the right buyers using configurable routing rules
  3. Qualification rules filter out unqualified leads before delivery
  4. AI agents (voice and SMS) engage leads in real-time conversations
  5. Delivery endpoints send qualified leads to buyers via HTTP, FTP, or SFTP
  6. Post-call pipelines extract data from conversations and trigger follow-up actions
